Andhagan OTT Release: "Andhagan" is a Tamil crime thriller directed by Thiagarajan, who co-wrote the screenplay with Pattukkottai Prabakar and produced the film under the Staar Movies banner. The movie stars Prashanth in the lead role and boasts a notable ensemble cast that includes Simran, Priya Anand, Karthik, Samuthirakani, Urvashi, Yogi Babu, K. S. Ravikumar, Vanitha Vijayakumar, and Manobala. A remake of the 2018 Hindi film "Andhadhun," the plot revolves around a blind pianist who unintentionally becomes embroiled in a murder. In 2019, Thiagarajan acquired the remake rights for "Andhadhun," with Mohan Raja initially set to direct the film in 2020. After Raja exited the project, J.J. Fredrick briefly took over before Thiagarajan assumed the directorial role. Principal photography began in March 2021, primarily in Chennai, and concluded in November 2022. The film features music by Santhosh Narayanan, cinematography by Ravi Yadav, and editing by Sathish Suriya.
