On Sunday, it was announced that the Suriya-Karthik Subbaraj film has wrapped up filming. Tentatively titled Suriya 44, the film went on floors in June. Suriya confirmed the news with a social media post, in which he posted pictures of himself with the director and the rest of the cast and crew. The caption for the post reads, "A wholesome, happy shoot got done across several locations. Lots of memories with the super-talented cast and crew. I made a brother for life. Thank you and our team for making Suriya44 a memorable experience."
