Dulquer Salman's banner Wayfarer Films is producing a new project and has unveiled it with a pooja ceremony. The upcoming film has Tharangam fame Dominic Arun as its director as well as Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen in the lead roles. With the working title Production No: 7, it marks Kalyani's first film with Naslen and her second feature with Dulquer Salmaan's production banner. In her Instagram Story announcing the project, Kalyani mentioned that the banner produced her first Malayalam film, Varane Avashyamund. Naslen also has a cameo role in Varane Avashyamund as the younger version of Dulquer Salmaan's character, but it does not have combination scenes between his and Kalyani's characters.
