Kanguva Overseas Review: The much-anticipated Tamil epic fantasy action film Kanguva, directed by Siva and jointly produced by Studio Green and UV Creations, hit theaters worldwide on November 14, 2024. Starring Suriya in dual roles, alongside Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Natarajan Subramaniam, Kovai Sarala, and K. S. Ravikumar, the film was released in Initially announced in April 2019, Kanguva faced delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other scheduling conflicts, resuming production in August 2022. Filmed across scenic locations in Chennai, Goa, Kerala, Kodaikanal, and Rajahmundry, the ambitious project wrapped up in January 2024 after a 17-month shoot. The technical team includes composer Devi Sri Prasad, cinematographer Vetri Palanisamy, and editor Nishadh Yusuf. With a budget between ₹300 and ₹350 crore, Kanguva ranks among the most expensive Indian filmstandard, 3D, and IMAX formats.
