Days after a bandwagon of actors supported Nayanthara's post hitting out against Dhanush for his alleged 'egotistic' attitude, actor Parvathy Thiruvothu broke silence on why she chose to pull for Nayanthara on this issue.
In her interview with Manorama News, Parvathy said that a self-made woman like Nayanthara had to write such an open letter. She added that Nayan is not someone who speaks without purpose. Parvathy further said that Nayanthara has written all her experiences in the three-page open letter, and it is a real issue; hence, she felt the need to support her.
Parvathy added, "I understand what it is like to be unsupported. I've gone through it. I also understand how much help can influence a person." She remarked she would always support those individuals.
Notably, along with Parvathy, other actors like Shruti Haasan, Nazriya Fahadh, Aishwarya Rajesh, Aishwarya Lekshmi, and Anupama Parameswaran showed support to Nayanthara by liking her post.
