The Karnataka High Court has directed Vasavi Enterprises and producer Uday Mehta to include the tagline ‘A A.P. Arjun film’ on all promotional materials for Martin. A P Arjun is also permitted to participate in promotions, provided he acts in the film’s interest. The case, centred on contractual disputes, is set for hearing on October 14.
