It is well known that Suriya's upcoming film after teaming up with Karthik Subbaraj, will be helmed by actor-director RJ Balaji. While GK Vishnu joined the team as the cinematographer, the makers had announced on Monday that young singer Sai Abhyankkar has onboarded as the music composer of Suriya 45, confirming that AR Rahman will no longer be involved in the film. It is to be noted that the first posters carried the Academy Award-winning composer's name.
The news comes amid speculations that the noted composer might take a year-long break from composing music. Although Rahman's daughter and singer-composer Khatija Rahman dismissed the news as a rumour, he has yet to confirm it.
